Anytime you get people involved in anything they can mess it up. It certainly shouldn't behave as you describe if everything else is ok on that side.

RCF lab series model n drivers, one is in perfect working order the other one the diaphragm will need to be replaced. The problem is that in church we are often expected to be more mature and all too often we aren't, at least in all areas. The horn pattern on the TRxN is a nominal 60x40 while the VR51 is 90x60 the specs are based on this with a factory option for a nominal 60x45 horn, so different patterns which is a factor in most installed applications.

Re-installing the woofer was a 5 minute process and v51 sound was great. I would also say that biamping can certainly have benefits but will not usually result in a significant increase in output and is simply not justified in many applications.
