Sounds like the Print spooler is messing up on your end. Don't forget to follow through.
We never had this issue when we were working in Fabricationnow after working in Buebeam we have had this issue. Change the Default Printer for your Report's you may have to do a few of them. What made you think that "Windows" was a good thread title when all of the questions here are about Windows?
PDF Printing from Bluebeam
This has worked pretty well so far but it hluebeam not a batch print either, or at least I don't know how to get it to batch. Jeremy Tammik 2, 1 5 7.

There is no direct method with BlueBeam. Did this solve your bluebeaam

Batch plot works fine, single page or multiple page pdfs, auto names on batch single page plots.

I am experiencing the same thing. The printer is an HP DesignJet That makes the dialog box pop up and all the reports that have been waiting in the background to be printed. I think that was the next version of Office, but I heard pdf support was pulled. Here is a complete sample demonstrating how you can print to PDF and control the output filename and path: I select this as my printer, then click 'print to file', that way it doesnt' prompt for a file name or anything, then use the distiller to get them to pdf.
